ERP SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Why This Role Matters

As the ERP System Administrator, you’ll be the go-to expert for Deltek Vantagepoint, playing a critical role in keeping our core business systems running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and support of our ERP environment, ensuring it evolves with the needs of the organization.

Reporting to the Senior Integration and Solutions Manager, you’ll partner closely with our Finance team and collaborate across all levels of the organization to enhance business processes, drive system improvements, and deliver meaningful solutions. This is a high-visibility role where your expertise will directly influence how teams operate and succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintenance and configuration of ERP system, Deltek Vantagepoint, EleVia electronic invoicing software and other systems as applicable.
  • Front-line support for Deltek Vantagepoint, including management of ConnectWise help desk ticketing boards.
  • Manage and resolve support issues for the ERP system(s) ranging from end-user application questions to technical problem resolution.
  • Serve as a primary liaison to Deltek Support to resolve technical issues.
  • Manage user security in compliance with defined procedures.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing data analysis, data management, and data quality control processes.
  • Develop and document technical processes and configuration of the ERP system(s).
  • Develop, document, and deliver training for all levels of staff on ERP system(s).
  • Maintain all developed Deltek training materials and videos on the company intranet.
  • Configure workflows, stored procedures, and alerts to streamline operations and add value to the core Vantagepoint application.
  • Create and maintain global reports, dashboards, and searches.
  • Collaborate with functional departments such as Practice teams, Business Development, Marketing, etc. to improve usability, system controls, and business processes.
  • Responsible for learning and implementing best practices of the Deltek Vantagepoint platform.
  • Support Vantagepoint upgrades, including participation in testing groups to test new modules/features before upgrades.
  • Stay current on Vantagepoint software releases and version upgrades and communicate changes to impacted staff.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of systems administration experience in Deltek Vantagepoint or ERP systems required.
  • Experience in web and mobile applications support required.

The rate for this position generally ranges between $88k to $102k annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. It is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in New York or perform the position from New York. Similar positions located outside of New York will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law. Compensation offers will be based on various factors, including operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location and comparison to employees already in the role, as well as other considerations permitted by law. A potential new employee’s pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
