Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Field Engagement & Partnerships Manager to expand and strengthen our presence across key retail and hospitality channels. This role is responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic partnerships with convenience stores (C-stores), hotels, casinos, and other high-traffic venues.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment and brings a strong blend of sales, account management, and partnership development experience. You will act as a key ambassador of the brand, driving both B2B growth and supporting direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives through partner channels.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development & Account Management

Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners across C-stores, hotels, casinos, and related channels
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Develop tailored partnership strategies to maximize mutual value and revenue growth
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

Field Engagement & Execution

Conduct regular in-person visits to partner locations to ensure strong engagement and brand presence
Oversee product placement, merchandising, and promotional execution
Train partner staff on product offerings, compliance requirements, and sales techniques
Gather field insights to inform marketing, product, and sales strategies

Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive sell-in and sell-through performance across partner accounts
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and promotions
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product and service offerings
Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to meet or exceed targets

Cross-Channel Strategy (B2B & D2C)

Support integration of D2C initiatives within partner locations where applicable
Align field activities with broader omnichannel strategies
Provide feedback on customer behavior, preferences, and market trends

Compliance & Industry Standards

Ensure all activities adhere to applicable tobacco regulations and company policies
Educate partners on compliance requirements and responsible retail practices
Qualifications
3–7+ years of experience in field sales, partnerships, or account management
Experience working with C-stores, hospitality, gaming, or retail environments strongly preferred
Background in regulated industries (e.g., tobacco, alcohol, cannabis) is a plus
Proven track record of building and growing strategic partnerships
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory
