We are seeking to hire a Resident Property Manager with the following qualifications:
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience managing 100+ units (preferred)
• Stable employment background
• Excel skills
• Yardi skills
• Affordable housing experience a plus
• Minimum requirement!! Typing 50+ wpm (preferred)
• Knowledge of use and basic maintenance of office equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Full time position and/or overtime and on call on the weekends

Salary Range: Live on site resident manager. Housing included, $40,000 – $60,000 annually
